Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026. Applies to the Photoso iOS and iPadOS app (formerly SwipeBin), published by Vaibhav Gupta.

Summary

Photoso does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. Your photos and everything you do in the app stay on your device.

Photo library access

Photoso asks for permission to access your Apple Photos library so it can show your photos and videos and, only after you confirm, delete the items you chose. Photos are read and displayed on your device. Photoso does not upload, copy to a server, or analyze your photos off your device. You can change or revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

Data stored on your device

To work, Photoso stores the following locally on your device: your keep/remove decisions, Pockets, progress statistics, and app settings. This data is stored in the app's local database, the iOS Keychain, and app preferences. It is not sent to us. It is removed when you delete the app (Keychain items may remain on the device until it is erased, per iOS behavior).

Deleting photos

Deletions are performed by Apple Photos after you confirm them. Deleted items go to the Recently Deleted album and, if iCloud Photos is enabled, the deletion syncs to your other devices. Apple's handling of your photo library is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Photoso Pro purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app checks your purchase status with Apple's StoreKit on your device.

Analytics, ads, and tracking

Photoso contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. If you choose to share crash reports or usage data with developers in iOS Settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized diagnostics under Apple's terms.

Children

Photoso is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Your choices

You can revoke photo access in iOS Settings, delete your in-app data by deleting the app, and manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
